Brother Printer Spooler error issue

• The first step will be to login to the computer as Administrator

• Next, go to the command prompt

If your computer has Windows Vista/Windows 7:

• First click on start, then click All Programme and then click on Accessories

• Next right click on the Command Prompt where select Run as administrator option

• When there is user account prompt, click "continue” or "yes”

If the computer has Windows 8:

• Go to the start button and find "All Apps” bar

• Select the "command prompt” and then click on "Run as administrator” option from the bar

• Once the user account control comes you have to tap on yes

• Next, type "net stop spooler” and enter

• After this step, you need to check that the print spooler service has been stopped

• Then go to the printers folder

If the computer has Windows 7 or later

• Empty the folder and then close the folder

• Return to the command prompt and type in "net stop spooler” and click "Enter” button

• Then please check if the printer spooler program has started again or not

• Close the command prompt also

• Finish the process by restarting the spooler
